Responsabilidades e atribuições
• Operate the hotel's telephone center;
• Receive and direct internal and external calls;;
• Respond to any request, need, suggestion, information or complaint from guests;
• Receive and record all requests for laundry, housekeeping (towel, amenities, housekeeping, crib, etc.), maintenance, room service, etc., in addition to transmitting them to the responsible sector immediately;
• Control the delivery time of room service orders;
• Carry out statistical control regarding the number of requests (more and less frequent requests);
• Promote cross selling (increase sales volume of food and beverages, offering higher value products and other products beyond those requested);
• Correctly register and carry out wake up calls, in accordance with established standards;
• Ensure that the services requested from other sectors were actually carried out (follow up);
• Provide clear and accurate information about the hotel's location, equipment and opening hours, other hotels in the chain, tourist offerings in the region, etc.;
• Monitor the pricing of hotel telephone calls and report any anomalies to the managers;
• Update and review guest preferences in their reservation histories;
• Prepare the Courtesy List with correct and updated information and transmit it to other departments daily.
Requisitos e qualificações
• Completed higher education or college studant (preferably Hospitality Management or Tourism)
• Experience with customer service;
• Knowledge of typing, system, Excel and others;
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Proficient in English. Spanish will be an advantage;
• Availability to work on a schedule, including weekends and holidays.
